Gabriel India and Faurecia form joint venture, Faurecia Anand Seating, investing 100 crore rupees

Gabriel India Limited and Faurecia Automotive Seating India Private Limited have agreed to form a joint venture company, Faurecia Anand Seating India Private Limited, with a combined investment of 100 crore Indian rupees. Gabriel India will initially invest 99.99 crore rupees for a 50% less 1 equity share stake, with a further 40 crore rupee investment planned post-closing, resulting in a total equity share capital of 100 crore rupees. The joint venture will focus on developing, manufacturing, assembling, marketing, selling, and distributing passenger vehicle seats and components in India and other mutually agreed territories, and will be supported by technical and management service agreements with Forvia and Anand Automotive Private Limited.
