Ola Electric delays board meeting regarding a potential Rs 1,000 crore rights issue

Ola Electric Mobility Limited has deferred a meeting of its Board of Directors, originally scheduled for October 5, 2026, to consider and decide on a Rights Issue of partly paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, for an amount not exceeding Rs 1,000 crore, as the company awaits in-principle approval from the stock exchanges.
