Baron Infotech's Monitoring Committee will meet October 6th to discuss NCLAT orders

Baron Infotech Limited, undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), announced that the 3rd meeting of its Monitoring Committee will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 5 p.m. to discuss interim orders from the Hon’ble NCLAT, Chennai Bench, dated October 1, 2026, and other administrative, operational, and statutory matters.
