Annie Zuberi Khan to step down as Swaraj Suiting Independent Director in October 2026

Swaraj Suiting Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that Annie Zuberi Khan, an Independent Director of the company with DIN 08849178, will cease to hold the position with effect from the closure of business hours on October 4, 2026, upon completion of her first term of five consecutive years.
