TANFAC Industries confirmed compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

TANFAC Industries Limited, a joint sector company with TIDCO and Anupam Rasayan India Ltd., submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 4, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certificate, dated October 3, 2026, was received from Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), and verifies the confirmation of securities received for dematerialization and their subsequent listing on stock exchanges.
