RBL Bank allotted equity shares to employees via its ESOP scheme, increasing share capital

RBL Bank Limited announced on October 4, 2026, that it has allotted 6,38,955 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees, following the exercise of vested stock options under its ESOP scheme. Consequently, the bank's paid-up share capital increased from 155,16,42,481 equity shares aggregating to Rs 1551,64,24,810 to 155,22,81,436 equity shares aggregating to Rs 1552,28,14,360.
