Pankaj Polymers shareholders appoint Shilpi Sharma & Co. as auditor for five years

Pankaj Polymers Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Shilpi Sharma & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditor for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, until the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting in 2031. Additionally, shareholders approved the regularisation of Mr. Prashant Kumar Jha as an independent director for a term of five years.
