PFL Infotech confirms no public or preferential issue deviation for September quarter

PFL INFOTECH LTD informed the BSE Limited that the Statement of Deviation or Variation in Public Issue, Rights Issue, Preferential Issue etc. under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, due to the absence of a public issue, rights’ issue, or preferential issue during that period.
