PFL Infotech received share dematerialization certificate covering July-September 2026

PFL INFOTECH LIMITED, in a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited on October 3, 2026, confirmed receipt of a certificate from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Private Limited, pertaining to the dematerialization and rematerialization of shares through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) & Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
