PFL INFOTECH LIMITED informed the BSE Limited on October 3, 2026, that the company has not issued any non-convertible securities and therefore, Regulation 57(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
