Clara Industries Limited's ManMohan Singh to step down as director in late 2024

Clara Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that Mr. ManMohan Singh, an independent director, will cease to be a director of the company effective December 29, 2024, after completing a five-year term on September 29, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
