Ajay Shah resigns as Director of Organic Coatings Limited following shareholder vote

Organic Coatings Limited informed the BSE Limited that Ajay Rajnikant Shah has ceased to hold office as a Whole-time Director and Director of the company, effective September 29, 2026, after shareholders did not approve his re-appointment at the company's 61st Annual General Meeting.
