Zydus Lifesciences extends investment completion date in Zydus Sunshine Lifesciences to December 2026

Zydus Lifesciences Limited has extended the completion date for its planned 50% investment in Zydus Sunshine Lifesciences (Private) Limited, a joint venture with Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Limited, to December 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 1, 2026.
