SecureKloud Technologies defaulted on Rs 31.4 million in interest payments to its promoter

SecureKloud Technologies Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it has defaulted on the repayment of interest of Rs 3,14,26,183 on a loan availed from its promoter, Mr. R S Ramani, as of October 1, 2026, potentially leading to legal action by the lender.
