CCME Global issued shares valued at over INR 216 billion to acquire CCME and a 52% stake in Interlink

CCME Global Limited, formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited, announced a significant share issuance to acquire stakes in CCME and Interlink, alongside a share sub-division and relocation of its registered office. The company issued 19,60,92,244 shares, valued at INR 196,09,22,440, for the CCME acquisition and 2,03,42,244 shares, valued at INR 2,03,42,24,400, for a 52% stake in Interlink. To enhance liquidity, CCME Global plans a 1:10 share split, reducing the face value per share from INR 10 to INR 1, expected to be completed in fiscal year 2026-2027. The company is also relocating its registered office from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, to Mumbai, Maharashtra, to align with its operational and management functions.
