Prismx Global Ventures shareholders approve director appointments and auditor for five years

Prismx Global Ventures Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Ravindra Bhaskar Deshmukh as an executive director, who has attained the age of seventy years, and the re-appointment of Ankita Hasmukhdas Sethi and Sandeep Kumar Sahu as independent directors for a second term of five years. The company also appointed M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates as secretarial auditor for a period of five years, effective September 29, 2026.
