CCME Global acquires 52% stake in Interlink, alongside a share sub-division

CCME Global Limited, formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited, announced several corporate actions in a filing with the stock exchange. The company issued 2,03,42,244 equity shares to acquire a 52% stake in Interlink and an undisclosed stake in CCME. Shareholders will also see a 1:10 share sub-division, reducing the face value of each share from Rs 10 to Rs 1, expected to be completed in the current fiscal year ending FY 2026-2027. Additionally, the company is relocating its registered office from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, to Mumbai, Maharashtra, and amending its Memorandum of Association accordingly. The share split requires BSE approval and will result in a significant increase in the number of outstanding shares, from 19,60,92,244 to 196,09,22,440. Poonam Chaturvedi, Managing Director, signed the filing.
