CCME Global acquires 52% stakes in Interlink and itself, planning a share split

CCME Global Limited, formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited, has announced several significant corporate actions including the acquisition of stakes in Interlink and CCME Global Limited, each involving a 52% share acquisition through a consideration other than cash. The company is also planning a 1:10 share split, reducing the face value per share from INR 10 to INR 1, with completion expected in fiscal year 2026-2027 to enhance liquidity and encourage broader investor participation. Furthermore, CCME Global Limited is relocating its registered office from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, to Mumbai, Maharashtra, and amending its Memorandum of Association accordingly. The company’s authorized share capital is INR 200 crore, with a pre-split issued and subscribed capital of INR 196.09 crore and a paid-up capital of INR 196.09 crore. Poonam Chaturvedi serves as Managing Director.
