CCME Global acquires 52% stake in Interlink, relocating its registered office to Mumbai

CCME Global Limited, formerly Genesis IBRC India Limited, has allotted 20,342,244 equity shares to acquire a 52% stake in Interlink, with Mr. Mostafa Ahmed Kabir as a key shareholder receiving the shares. The company has also approved a 1:10 stock split, reducing the face value of each share from INR 10 to INR 1, expected to be completed in the current fiscal year 2026-2027 to enhance liquidity and accessibility for smaller investors. Additionally, CCME Global is relocating its registered office from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, to Mumbai, Maharashtra, to align with its operational center. The changes, including the acquisition and relocation, were approved by shareholders at the 34th Annual General Meeting, and the company’s authorized, issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital remain at INR 200,00,00,000, INR 196,09,22,440, and INR 196,09,22,440 respectively, before and after the split.
