Ola Electric plans to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore through a rights issue to shareholders

Ola Electric Mobility Limited will seek shareholder approval for a rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, for an amount not exceeding Rs 1,000 crores, the company said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited on September 28, 2026.
