Fluidomat Limited closes share trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Fluidomat Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for its shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's quarterly and half-yearly unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and related circulars. The company will notify CDSL, the designated depository, two trading days prior to the trading window closure, and promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, connected persons, fiduciaries, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading during this period.
