Jhandewalas Foods to seek extension for Annual General Meeting from Jaipur Registrar

Jhandewalas Foods Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. to consider, among other matters, the non-convening of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 15, 2026, and to approve an application to the Registrar of Companies in Jaipur under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, for an extension of time to hold the meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
