Hexagon Nutrition to consider shareholder requests for leadership appointments and remuneration

Hexagon Nutrition Limited will hold a board meeting on September 30, 2026, to consider a requisition letter received from Dr. Nikhil Arun Kelkar and Mr. Vikram Arun Kelkar, promoters and shareholders holding 38.41% of the company's shares, for the appointment of Mr. Arun Purushottam Kelkar as Executive Director and Chairman, and to approve his remuneration. Additionally, the board will consider a requisition letter from Dr. Nikhil Arun Kelkar and Ms. Anuradha Kelkar, shareholders and promoters holding 24.67% of the shares, regarding the approval of remuneration payable to Mr. Vikram Kelkar, Managing Director, effective April 1, 2026.
