SPR Auto Technologies will halt securities trading from October 1, 2026, pending financial results

SPR Auto Technologies Limited, formerly Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited, will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board of directors declares the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
