Majestic Auto completes bonus share issuance to Sharan Hospitality, enabling securities transfer

Majestic Auto Limited announced that the corporate actions related to the issuance of 50,00,000 Bonus Redeemable Preference Shares of Sharan Hospitality Private Limited have been completed, and the shares have been credited to Majestic Auto Limited's demat account. The company, which has entered into Securities Purchase Agreements with NovumLake Property Fund and 360 ONE Real Assets Advantage Fund, can now proceed with the transfer of securities, including Equity Shares, Non-Convertible Debentures and Bonus Redeemable Preference Shares, to the Purchasers, subject to fulfillment of applicable conditions.
