Bata India appoints Kandarp Asher, Harmeet Kaur, and Jasleen Kaur to key leadership roles

Bata India Limited announced changes to its senior management personnel, effective October 1, 2026, including the appointments of Kandarp Asher as Head - Demand Planning, Harmeet Kaur as Head - Commercial Planning, and Jasleen Kaur as Head – Marketing, all due to internal role changes. Kandarp Asher brings experience from Aditya Birla Retail and Reliance Industries, while Harmeet Kaur has 21 years of experience at Bata, and Jasleen Kaur previously held leadership roles at Hugo Boss, Mothercare, and Canon India. The company disclosed the changes on September 23, 2026.
