Meesho Limited granted equity shares to employees via its ESOP 2024 Plan

Meesho Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 10,71,542 equity shares to eligible employees upon the exercise of vested options under the Company’s ESOP 2024 Plan, increasing the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 4,62,62,20,635 to Rs 4,62,72,92,177.
