Aequs Limited to seek shareholder approval for preferential warrant issue to promoter

Aequs Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Friday, September 25, 2026, to consider and evaluate a proposal for a preferential issue of warrants convertible into equity shares to the promoter, in one or more tranches, subject to shareholder approval and other statutory requirements.
