Radha Madhav Corporation restricts employee trading ahead of quarterly results release

Radha Madhav Corporation Limited will close its trading window for designated employees from October 1, 2026, in connection with the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and NSE Limited. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the stock exchanges.
