Dolphin Medical Services to appoint Amarandhar Reddy Kotha as Chairman, subject to approvals

Dolphin Medical Services Limited will hold a board meeting on September 21, 2026, to consider the appointment of Mr. Amarandhar Reddy Kotha as Chairman and Promoter Director, and the change of category of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mallour from Professional to Promoter, both subject to applicable approvals. The board will also reconstitute its committees and authorize Mr. Mallour to make necessary filings with regulatory authorities regarding the reclassification of Promoter/Promoter Group.
