MRO-TEK Networks will halt securities trading October 1, 2026, pending financial results

MRO-TEK Networks Limited, formerly known as Umiya Buildcon Limited, will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015; the date for the board meeting to approve the results will be announced later.
