Saraswati Saree Depot shareholders appoint PPC & Co as auditors for five years

Saraswati Saree Depot Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of PPC & Co, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for a five-year term from the conclusion of the current Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2030-31, and the appointment of Mr. Amar Thorat and Mr. Yatiraj Marda as independent additional directors for five years each, at the company's 6th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026.
