Banaras Beads Limited closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Banaras Beads Limited informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will end 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company’s secretary, R.K. Singh, communicated the closure to promoters, designated persons, and connected persons, and a list of designated persons was attached, downloaded from the NSDL portal.
