DhanSafal Finserve converts warrants, receiving Rs 3.23 crore from Luharuka Exports

DhanSafal Finserve Limited announced that its board of directors approved the conversion of 1,00,00,000 share warrants into 1,00,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 0.01 each via preferential allotment to Luharuka Exports Private Limited, resulting in the company's paid-up equity capital increasing from Rs 22,71,40,000 consisting of 22,71,40,000 equity shares to Rs 23,71,40,000 consisting of 23,71,40,000 equity shares, and the company received Rs 3,23,25,000 from the conversion.
