Company issues warrants and equity shares to Atharva Professional Consultants LLP and others

The company appointed Arvinder Singh Kohli, Yogesh Singh Rana, Abhineet Sapra, and Radha Sapra as Non-Executive Independent Directors, each for a five-year term expiring March 17, 2031. Simultaneously, the company approved a preferential issue of 23,200,000 warrants convertible into equity shares, priced at Rs. 12.50 per share, with a premium of Rs. 2.50, exercisable within 18 months. Additionally, 800,000 equity shares were issued on a preferential basis to Atharva Professional Consultants LLP at a price of Rs. 12.50 per share. Allottees of the warrants include SN Capital Management, MCPS Estate LLP, and several private limited companies, alongside individuals Yogesh Singh Rana, Abhineet Sapra, Radha Sapra, Sumit Narula, and Srishti Abrol. The issuances are in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s ICDR Regulations and BSE Circular Number LIST/COM/14/2018 - 19.
