Raconteur Global Resources appoints directors, authorizes warrant issue to investors

Raconteur Global Resources Limited recently completed a shareholder meeting approving several corporate actions, as disclosed to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company appointed Arvinder Singh Kohli, Yogesh Singh Rana, Abhineet Sapra, and Radha Sapra as Non-Executive Independent Directors, each for a five-year term. Shareholders also authorized a preferential issue of warrants convertible into equity shares, totaling 23.2 million, priced at Rs 12.50 per warrant with a Rs 2.50 premium, and convertible within 18 months. Investors participating in the warrant issue include SN Capital Management, MCPS Estate LLP, and several other entities and individuals. Additionally, 800,000 equity shares were issued to Atharva Professional Consultants LLP at a price of Rs 12.50 per share, including a premium. The company confirmed adherence to SEBI and BSE regulations.
