Chemcrux Enterprises shareholders approved Zarna Thakar as Independent Director for one year

CHEMCRUX ENTERPRISES LIMITED announced that its members approved the regularization of Ms. Zarna Pankaj Thakar’s appointment as an Independent Director (Non-Executive) at the company’s 30th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, for a term of one year, effective August 4, 2026, to August 3, 2027.
