Company issues warrants and equity shares to entities including SN Capital and Atharva Consultants

The company appointed Arvinder Singh Kohli and Yogesh Singh Rana as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, effective March 18, 2026, regularized at the Annual General Meeting. Simultaneously, the company approved a preferential issue of 23,200,000 warrants convertible into equity shares, priced at Rs 12.50 per share, with a conversion period of 18 months. The warrants were allocated to various entities and individuals including SN Capital Management, MCPS Estate LLP, Yogesh Singh Rana, and others. Additionally, 800,000 equity shares were issued through a preferential issue to Atharva Professional Consultants LLP at a price of Rs 12.50 per share. These actions appear to be in compliance with SEBI’s ICDR Regulations.
