Dharani Capital Services shareholders re-appointed BSD & Co for a five-year audit term

Dharani Capital Services Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of M/s. BSD & Co, Chartered Accountants as the company's statutory auditors for a second term of 5 consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 11th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting, at a remuneration to be determined by shareholders.
