Godrej Industries allotted Rs 7.5 trillion in debentures maturing March 2032 for corporate purposes

Godrej Industries Limited announced the allotment of 75,000 rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 7,50,00,00,000, to investors on September 18, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The debentures, listed on the NSE, have a tenor of 5 years and 6 months, a coupon rate of 8.50% payable annually, and will mature on March 18, 2032, with the proceeds intended for business purposes, investments, loan repayment, and general corporate purposes.
