Elitecon International shareholders will vote on director appointments and remote e-voting begins September 19

Elitecon International Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the Postal Ballot Notice, remote e-voting arrangements, and the appointment of Mr. Neeraj Bajaj, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer, for seeking approval from members regarding the appointment of Mr. Vipin Sharma, Mr. Pradeep Kumar, and Mr. Paramjeet Singh Gulati as Directors, the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Kumar as Managing Director, and the appointment of Ms. Prachi Gupta, Ms. Nisha, and Mr. Suraj Singh as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The company also fixed a cut-off date of September 11, 2026, for determining members eligible to vote, with remote e-voting commencing on September 19, 2026, and concluding on October 18, 2026.
