Rossell Techsys board approved Rs 299.99 crore preferential allotment to SBI Mutual Fund

Rossell Techsys Limited announced that its board approved a preferential allotment of 25,72,898 equity shares to SBI Mutual Fund and SBI Optimal Equity Fund for a total consideration of Rs 299,99,99,068, or Rs 1,166 per share. SBI Mutual Fund will receive 23,15,609 shares, while SBI Optimal Equity Fund will receive 2,57,289 shares, representing 5.75% and 0.64% ownership respectively post-allotment. The company will seek shareholder approval for the issuance at an Extraordinary General Meeting on October 15, 2026.
