Valiant Laboratories invests up to Rs 70 lakh in AMPYR for renewable energy at Tarapur

Valiant Laboratories Limited announced that its board approved an investment of up to Rs 70 lakh to acquire shares in AMPYR Renewable Energy Resources Twelve A Private Limited, a subsidiary of AMPYR India Asset Holdings Two Pte. Ltd., Singapore, to avail renewable energy under a group captive open access arrangement for its Tarapur plant. The acquisition, expected to be completed within 12 months, will result in Valiant Laboratories holding up to 1.01% of the equity share capital and 3.60% of the compulsorily convertible preference shares of AMPYR, which was incorporated on November 1, 2023, and has a turnover of Rs 23.26 crore for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
