INDO-MIM Limited to halt trading for insiders pending financial results release

INDO-MIM Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, September 16, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
