RBL Bank allotted shares to employees via ESOP scheme, boosting capital

RBL Bank Limited announced the allotment of 7,03,075 equity shares of Rs 10 each to eligible employees on September 14, 2026, following the exercise of vested stock options under its ESOP scheme(s), increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 1550,93,94,060 to Rs 1551,64,24,810.
