Gland Pharma Limited allotted shares to employees, closing one stock option scheme

Gland Pharma Limited announced the allotment of 42,393 equity shares to 35 employees and 1,800 equity shares to one employee on September 13, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the Gland Pharma Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2025 and Gland Pharma Limited Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2019. The company's board also approved the formal closure of the Gland Pharma Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019, resulting in an increase in the issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital to Rs 16,50,10,854, comprising 165,010,854 equity shares.
