Avantel closes securities trading ahead of merger vote involving subsidiary Imeds Global

Avantel Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from September 13, 2026, until 48 hours after the outcome of a board meeting is made public, where the board will consider and approve the Scheme of Merger of M/s. Imeds Global Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company, into Avantel Limited.
