Shankara Buildpro shareholders approved a stock split, effective October 8, 2026

Shankara Buildpro Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its shareholders approved the sub-division/split of equity shares via postal ballot on September 10, 2026, and the Board of Directors has fixed Thursday, October 08, 2026, as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the stock split, which involves the sub-division of the face value of each Equity Share of the Company from Rs 10 to Rs 2, resulting in every existing share being split into 5 shares.
