TTK Prestige appoints R Srinivasan as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective September 10

TTK Prestige Limited announced the appointment of Mr. R Srinivasan as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective September 10, 2026, following shareholder approval via a Postal Ballot. Mr. Srinivasan, who previously served as an Independent Director from August 22, 2014, to August 20, 2024, and as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director until August 21, 2024, also retired by rotation at the company’s 70th Annual General Meeting held on August 4, 2026.
