Aavas Financiers Limited allotted Rs 100 crore in NCDs via private placement maturing in 2031

Aavas Financiers Limited announced that its Executive Committee of the Board of Directors has approved the allotment of 10,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, Redeemable NCDs, with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 100,00,00,000, on a private placement basis. The NCDs, maturing on September 11, 2031, carry an initial coupon rate of 7.60% per annum payable quarterly and are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market of the BSE Limited.
